Lock In Hour purchase terms

These are the full terms for what you buy on the Lock In Hour page. They apply together with our Terms of Service.
Single session
One-time session
- Package:
- One seat at the one hour Lock In Hour session you chose, for $40.
- Introductory price:
- $40 through January 31, 2027. The regular price of $45 applies after that.
- Expiry:
- None. You are paying for a specific session, not a balance.
- Cancelling:
- Cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a full refund of the $40 you paid, to your card. Cancel within 24 hours, or miss it, and nothing is refunded.
- Gift card:
- This is not a dollar-value gift card.
Monthly memberships
All In membership
- Package:
- All In: Unlimited one hour Lock In Hour sessions each monthly period, up to 1 per day.
- Discounted price:
- $480 per monthly period.
- Regular price:
- $40 per session.
- Last Date of Use:
- The day before each renewal date.
- Terms of Discounted Price:
- The membership is offered at a reduced price based on your agreement to buy each monthly period as a single transaction and to use all included sessions by the Last Date of Use. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next period. Any Last Date of Use provision is subject to all applicable law.
- Scheduling:
- Reservations are required. Book online up to two weeks ahead. Just Start LA runs sessions several days every week and will provide reasonable opportunities to schedule and cancel your included sessions before the Last Date of Use. If you cannot find a time that works, contact us and we will work with you.
- Gift card:
- This is not a dollar-value gift card.
Keep Going membership
- Package:
- Keep Going: 12 one hour Lock In Hour sessions each monthly period.
- Discounted price:
- $395 per monthly period.
- Regular price:
- $40 per session ($480 for 12 sessions).
- Last Date of Use:
- The day before each renewal date.
- Terms of Discounted Price:
- The membership is offered at a reduced price based on your agreement to buy each monthly period as a single transaction and to use all included sessions by the Last Date of Use. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next period. Any Last Date of Use provision is subject to all applicable law.

- $280 per monthly period.

- $40 per session ($320 for 8 sessions).
- Last Date of Use:
- The day before each renewal date.
- Terms of Discounted Price:
- The membership is offered at a reduced price based on your agreement to buy each monthly period as a single transaction and to use all included sessions by the Last Date of Use. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next period. Any Last Date of Use provision is subject to all applicable law.

Cancelling a membership session: cancel more than 24 hours before and the session does not count against your month. Cancel within 24 hours, or miss it, and it counts as used.
Renewal and cancelling the membership
- Each membership renews automatically every month at its monthly price, starting on the day it begins, until you cancel.
- No end date and no minimum number of months. The price can change, and we email you before it does.
- Cancel any time in your account (Account, then Students, then Cancel at period end). Sessions stay available until the end of the month you paid for.

Gift cards
