What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time may result in a full session fee. No-shows or late arrivals (more than 10 minutes after the start time) will also be charged the full rate. We understand emergencies happen—just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

We generally recommend weekly coaching sessions to build momentum, foster accountability, and support lasting habit formation. Session frequency can then be tailored to each individual’s goals, schedule, and stage of progress.

We provide personalized tutoring across all core academic subjects - including mathematics, science, English, and history - tailored to each student’s individual learning style. We also offer dedicated support for standardized tests, Advanced Placement (AP) courses, college application essays, and college-level coursework, ensuring students develop confidence and skills to succeed academically.
